We hate waiting, especially on the delivery of cute clothes! We want you to wear and love your ELJO THE LABEL items straight away, so here are the basics of our shipping and delivery. 

We will ship your order as soon as possible, but latest within 2 working days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an e-mail with the tracking code.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking number by email for your order, click on the link to see the status of your shipment. Please note that some of these emails may end up in your spam, so take an extra look there if you can’t find your order confirmation.

* Please note all shipments coming from outside the United Kingdom need to pay import duties to import the goods into the UK since 01-01-2021. You as a customer are responsible for paying these import duties. The delivery time will take up to 1-2 weeks.
**Please note ELJO THE LABEL is not responsible for paying duties and taxes on orders. We also reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.
